Prior to joining the group all new members must meet the following criteria

• have the equipment and technology to carry out repairs and refurbishment for Fleet Group
• a warranty for all repairs carried out by their business
• a strong level of customer satisfaction
• your business meets Fleet Groups standard Quality Assurance Audits
• delivers quality repairs every time 
• strong customer service standards

Fleet Group expects its members to maintain the following repair centre standards

• compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) workplace standards
• meet all local regulations for storage and handling of dangerous goods
• complete industry quality checks
• maintain exemplary records
• maintain professionally presented facilities
• provide comfortable customer facilities
